Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to foster a positive atmosphere.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to support kitchen staff and ensure quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle inquiries professionally, providing information about menu.
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Uphold food safety standards and proper hygiene practices throughout all duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, knife skills, meat cutting or culinary experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
