Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic retail team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling sales transactions. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help create a welcoming environment, promote sales through upselling and product demos, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Qualifications
- one year cashier experience preferred.
- Chinese , English bilingual preferable but no required
- Friendly and helpful customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic math
- shift schedule: Monday: 4pm-8pm, Tuesday: 4pm-8pm, Saturday: 11am-8pm, Sunday: 9:30am-6pm
Location: 6125 University Drive, Suite C2 Huntsville, AL 35806. By the Ikea / 88 Buffet Plaza
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 36.0 per week
