Responsibilities
- Process invoices, receiving paperwork, and vendor billing reconciliation
- Maintain daily reports (sales, shrink, labor, inventory logs)
- Coordinate with department managers on ordering and documentation
- Assist HR with onboarding, timecard tracking, and employee records
- Manage office supplies, and compliance documents
- Support store manager with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- 1–3 years administrative or office experience (retail preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, data tracking)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced retail environment
- Bilingual Chinese & English REQUIRED
- Experience with POS, inventory, or accounting systems is a plus
