Asian Family Market is hiring a Store Admin to support daily administrative operations across our Bellevue, Seattle, Tukwila, and Beaverton locations. This role keeps the back-office running smoothly — from scheduling and paperwork to supporting store management with day-to-day admin needs.
What you'll do:
- Support store management with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll-related paperwork
- Process and file vendor invoices, receipts, and store documentation
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
- Coordinate communication between store locations and the main office
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer/vendor inquiries
- Assist with maintaining store licenses, permits, and compliance documentation
- Help reconcile daily cash/register reports and support basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order office and store supplies as needed
What we're looking for:
- Prior administrative, office, or retail admin experience preferred
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally
- Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese is a plus, not required
- Comfortable occasionally traveling between store locations if needed

- 协调各门店与总部之间的沟通联络
- 处理来电、邮件及一般顾客/供应商咨询
- 协助维护门店营业执照、许可证及合规文件
- 协助核对每日现金/收银报表,支持基础记账工作
- 按需采购办公及门店用品
任职要求:
- 有行政、办公室或零售行政相关经验者优先
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office/Google Workspace(尤其是 Excel/表格)
- 做事有条理,注重细节
- 良好的书面及口头沟通能力
- 能专业地处理敏感/机密信息
