Duties

- Take accurate orders for Poke bowls, drinks, and side items while ensuring dietary preferences and allergies are accommodated
- Serve food promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of food handling and safety protocols
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling bowls, garnishing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup, sanitation, and restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Support catering events or banquet setups when needed, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of food offerings
Experience
- Prior experience in fine dining or casual restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Strong background in customer service and serving roles within the food industry
- Experience with food preparation, food handling, and maintaining food safety standards
- Banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to work efficiently in large-scale or special event environments
- Knowledge of dietary accommodations and allergy awareness enhances guest experience
