- Pack customer purchases efficiently while maintaining product safety and presentation standards
- Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas, including stocking supplies and merchandising displays
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering inquiries, and demonstrating strong phone etiquette when needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
