Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Promote store promotions and new products through engaging communication and upselling techniques
- Support team members with supervising experience by helping train new staff or guiding customer interactions when needed
Experience
- Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for daily cash handling tasks
- Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Supervising experience is a bonus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are appreciated in team collaboration
