Key Responsibilities
(1) HR Strategy and Business Partner
1. Gain deep insight into the objectives and challenges of supported business units, serving as a trusted advisor to deliver tailored human resources solutions.
2. Participate in developing and executing annual HR plans for business units, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
3. Conduct regular organizational and talent diagnostics, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
(2) Talent Acquisition
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and high-quality staffing for critical positions, particularly mid-level and specialized roles.
2. Optimize recruitment channels and interview procedures to enhance employer brand and candidate experience.
(3) Performance Management and Talent Development
1. Drive the effective operation of the performance management cycle, providing training and coaching to managers to ensure the fairness and quality of performance evaluations.
2. Assist business units in identifying high-potential talent, participating in the development and tracking of individual development plans.
3. Organize or coordinate the implementation of key training programs to meet business and employee development needs.
(4) Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Incentives
1. Manage daily operations of compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2. Participate in annual compensation reviews and budget planning, conducting preliminary compensation data analysis.
3. Explain company compensation and benefits policies and oversee the implementation of employee incentive mechanisms.
(5) Employee Relations and Organizational Culture
1. Build positive employee relations, handle complex employee consultations and cases, and prevent and resolve labor disputes.
2. Drive the implementation of company culture and values within supported departments, plan and organize employee engagement activities.
3. Ensure human resources policies and operations fully comply with national and local laws and regulations.
(6) Change Management
1. Identify business transformation needs and design change management plans with effective communication strategies.
2. Monitor employee feedback and organizational dynamics during transitions to ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
10 years of HR generalist/organizational development experience in complex environments; global/international HR exposure preferred.
Proven track record leading remote HR teams supporting multi-country operations.
Proficient in HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
Deep knowledge of US employment laws and regulatory affairs.
Fluent in English.
