Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Monitor Group’s presence in the US market
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with research agencies, consultancies, brands, and enterprise clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Develop strategic accounts and build long-term client partnerships
• Lead client meetings, presentations, pitches, and commercial discussions
• Identify opportunities across **B2B, B2C, Healthcare, Qualitative & Quantitative Research**
• Work closely with research and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Represent Monitor Group at relevant industry events and expand our professional network
What We’re Looking For
✔ 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Market Research, Insights, Consulting, or related fields
✔ Strong understanding of the US market research and insights industry
✔ Proven track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts
✔ Strong network among research agencies, brands, consultancies, and corporate clients
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Strong commercial and strategic mindset
✔ Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and close opportunities
✔ International/global client experience is highly preferred
