Prepare new insurance proposals, Process customer requests for assistance with claims, Prepare certificates of insurance, Process renewals and endorsements, Review coverage questions with clients, Resolve client inquiries and challenges, Comply with insurance regulations, Answer phone calls and Assist with other duties as assigned
