We transform scrap copper into copper anodes with over 99.7% pure copper, reducing scrap waste and playing a major role in the greening of our environment.
We are looking to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Operator in Shelby, NC. We are looking for employees to operate a various list of equipment in efforts to receive inbound trucks and stage material for future charges.
Job Requirements
High School degree, or equivalent.

Job Requirements
- Follow established safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment.
- Receive and unload freight with sit-down forklifts, bobcat skid-steers, grappler style cranes and articulating front end loaders.
- Record data and maintain receiving logs.
- Weigh inbound and outbound materials using scales.
- Visual copper inspections upon receipt to determine disposition.
- Perform any other tasks as directed by the supervisor such baling, preparing for charges, cycle counting, and gather slag for shipments.
- Housekeeping and organizational skills are required.
- Responsible for carrying out proper procedures and taking accountability for your work.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Certification in forklift operation
- Data entry, math and computer skills
- Ability to lift objects weighing between 50-100 pounds
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Written and verbal communication skills Computer Competent (ERP operating systems)
- Experience in a similar role
