We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at ASI Corp. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and building relationships with clients. Your contributions will be essential to our mission of providing top-notch IT solutions and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and current customers with low activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Accountable for achieving overall revenue/profit/share objectives through active selling and operational execution within assigned customers.
- Manages and oversees the sales process for assigned accounts and develops a robust pipeline to drive ongoing sales opportunities
- Partners and plans effectively with internal ASI resources to ensure all areas of the sales process are executed to plan.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to propose relevant solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to develop business relationships through warm calling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated, a quick learner, driven, and have a great work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
