Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, automate reporting, and enhance overall business intelligence capabilities.
- Manage forecasting models to accurately predict sales performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales pipeline health, territory coverage, and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong business analysis skills with a focus on sales operations or related fields.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights.
- Demonstrated sales management experience with a track record of process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
