Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency, optimize sales processes, and empower our sales team with data-driven insights. This pivotal role combines strategic analysis with hands-on sales management to enhance business performance, streamline operations, and support our growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, automate reporting, and enhance overall business intelligence capabilities.
  • Manage forecasting models to accurately predict sales performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales pipeline health, territory coverage, and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong business analysis skills with a focus on sales operations or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights.
  • Demonstrated sales management experience with a track record of process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of forecasting techniques and sales process optimization strategies.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Managed end-to-end order processing to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Delivered responsive customer support and resolved order-related inquiries.
  • Maintained pricing structures and implemented pricing controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Performed EDI analysis, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to support seamless transaction processing.
  • Coordinated and communicated customer expedite requests across departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong mathematical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and support business decision-making.
