Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Lead, support, and motivate team members while also being an active bartender.
- Monitor service quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards throughout the bar area.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coordination, and delegation of duties as needed.
- Provide guidance on product knowledge, service standards, and guest engagement.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Support inventory control, stock management, and ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Train new team members and support ongoing development for existing staff.
- Work collaboratively with management and other departments to support overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bar service
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming guest experience.
