We are seeking a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Warrenton, VA. The attorney will handle a variety of tasks, including managing litigation cases, providing legal advice, conducting detailed legal research, drafting legal documents, and engaging in negotiation with opposing parties. This is an on-site role requiring presence at our Warrenton office, with opportunities to collaborate with seasoned attorneys on a diverse range of cases.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Law, particularly Litigation and Labor and Employment Law
- Proven ability to provide effective and accurate Legal Advice
- Proficiency in conducting thorough and detailed Research
- Skills in Negotiation and dispute resolution to represent and advocate for client interests
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Virginia State Bar
- Trial or courtroom experience is highly desirable
