We are seeking a senior-level associate (7-9 years of experience) to join our Chambers-ranked product liability team, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on the aviation and transportation industry sectors. This posting is open to all US offices.
Successful Candidates Will Have
Candidates with a strong interest in the field of aviation, and/or technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences are especially encouraged to apply.

Successful Candidates Will Have
- Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication;
- Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial;
- Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight;
- Superior academic credentials and references;
- Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice;
- Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues;
- Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
