Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage IT projects end-to-end, including charters, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance routines, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution definition across business and technical teams.
- Coordinate system implementations, integrations, migrations, testing, cutover, and post-launch stabilization.
- Manage vendors, ensure compliance and security considerations, and maintain clear documentation throughout delivery.
- Support change-control, readiness activities, and adoption through training, communication, and structured handoffs.
- Minimum 3 years of IT or business-systems project management experience.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, integrations, data flows, security, and change-management practices.
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
Salary : $60 - $64
