Duties and Responsibilities
- Help to grow and maintain existing client relationships by processing client requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring key client information and documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support the onboarding of new client accounts, including collecting required documentation, tracking outstanding items, and ensuring a smooth account-opening experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Wealth Advisors, including preparing client meeting materials, managing follow-up items, maintaining records, and coordinating day-to-day office activities.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, preparing correspondence, and helping ensure timely completion of client and team commitments.
- Maintain organized client files and records, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with firm policies and procedures.
- Track pending client requests, account-related paperwork, and operational workflows to ensure timely follow-through and completion.
- Provide trade support at the direction of the Wealth Advisor, including running and analyzing cash, DCA, and model reports (as applicable and with appropriate licensing and approval).
- Assist with research on securities and model portfolios to help inform investment decisions.
- Support the collection, organization, and input of data for personalized financial plans designed to help clients achieve their short- and long-term goals.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between clients, advisors, custodians, and internal departments to facilitate a high level of service.
- Collaborate with peers and Wealth Advisors to continuously learn, develop professionally, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Revised Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience; recent graduates and career-changers encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Candidates may be requested to obtain Series SIE, Series 7, and Series 65 licenses within 1 year of hiring
- Exposure to working with custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or Goldman Sachs is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, financial services, banking, or professional office environments is beneficial.
