Ashton Pools By Design is hiring an experienced Install Plumbing Technician for high-end pool and outdoor living projects throughout Sussex County.
This plumbing technician job is a construction position focused on pool plumbing, equipment installation, and new pool construction. This is not a service, maintenance, or repair position.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in:
PVC plumbing installation
Pool plumbing
Equipment pad installation
Valves and fittings
Pressure testing
Pool equipment installation
Excavation and site work
Pool construction or related construction trades
Additional beneficial, but not required skills
Hardscape construction
Equipment operation
Drainage installation
Pool renovations
Bilingual English/Spanish
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required
Experience working with PVC plumbing systems required
Experience with pool construction or related construction trades preferred
Ability to read plans and layouts preferred
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Pool plumbing or related PVC construction experience is required . Candidates whose experience is limited to pool maintenance, pool cleaning, or service work will not be considered.

PVC Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred)
Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
Pool Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In Person, ability to commute to Lewes, Delaware
