Product Manager – Loyalty / Loyalty Product Manager
JD –
- Own the Loyalty Product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle for a B2B automotive parts platform.
- Design and optimize rewards, points, tiers, promotions, incentives, and loyalty programs.
- Drive customer retention, repeat purchases, engagement, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Conduct customer research and leverage analytics, segmentation, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities.
- Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Track KPIs such as retention, redemption, enrollment, engagement, order frequency, and loyalty-driven revenue.
