We are looking for an Impact and Evidence Associate to support the Changemaker Index (CMI) team’s partnership and program-delivery work across youth leadership pilots, university partnerships, and external client opportunities. You will help the team deliver high-quality CMI-enabled programs while building a reliable pipeline for partnerships and reporting. Your tasks will be to:

The estimated duration of the project is: 3-6 months

Job Description
We are looking for an Impact and Evidence Associate to support the Changemaker Index (CMI) team’s partnership and program-delivery work across youth leadership pilots, university partnerships, and external client opportunities. You will help the team deliver high-quality CMI-enabled programs while building a reliable pipeline for partnerships and reporting. Your tasks will be to:
- Maintain a tracker of partners, proposals, contacts, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate workshop logistics: facilitator materials, schedules, participant information, invoices, and handoffs.
- Support CMI administration, including access links, outreach emails, and clean cohort data.
- Draft and organize partner communications, meeting notes, simple slides, and reporting materials.

Desired Skills And Experience
- Strong project management, coordination and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and professional follow-up
- Spreadsheet and contact-tracking fluency
- Comfortable coordinating across time zones and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with youth programs, education, social impact, or nonprofits is a plus
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and flag risks early
