Duties
- Load and unload goods.
- Prepare shipments for delivery by organizing and securing items
- Operate box trucks and commercial vehicles
- Deliver products to customers following scheduled routes, ensuring timely arrivals
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Assist in warehouse organization, inventory management, and stock replenishment
- Follow safety protocols during loading, unloading, and driving activities
Skills
- Proven experience in delivery driving and warehouse operations
- Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate box trucks
- Heavy lifting and moving capabilities to handle large or bulky items
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools for efficient deliveries
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to warehouse work and transportation
