Ashley's Lawns & Landscaping, based in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Member to join our team. What You’ll Do

As a Residential Mowing Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients’ properties. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating commercial-grade mowers, trimmers, and blowers to perform high-quality residential lawn care. - Working in all weather conditions and on all types of terrain. - Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. - Lifting and handling equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance). - Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the team’s success.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a skilled and motivated individual who meets the following qualifications: - At least one year of residential mowing experience using commercial equipment. - A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - Reliable transportation to and from work. - A smartphone for communication and job-related tasks. - The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

Work Hours and Compensation

• Year-round, full-time position with an 8–10 hour shift starting at 8 A.M.
• Workdays are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Compensation: Hourly pay for the first two weeks, followed by production pay per yard. Average pay is $400-800 a week
• Weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
