Now Hiring: Residential & Commercial Cleaner
Ashley’s Cleaning LLC has proudly served our community for over 4 years, providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Travel to and service homes and businesses throughout the Greater Augusta area
Application Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must:
- Be available to work at least 20 hours per week during weekday daytime hours
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Be willing to travel throughout the Greater Augusta area
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Pass a background check and/or drug screening, if requested

Schedule
- Part-time weekday daytime hours
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company continues to expand
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience.
We also offer:
- Paid training
- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
- 30-day performance review with the opportunity for a pay increase if expectations are being met
- 6-month performance review with the opportunity for an additional raise and increased responsibilities based on performance, attendance, and reliability
- 12-month career development review with the opportunity to advance to Senior Cleaning Technician, including leadership and training responsibilities
