How You'll Contribute
The Unit Secretary-Radiology performs administrative/clerical duties in support of an assigned area.
A Unit Secretary-Radiology Who Excels In This Role
- Greets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls.
- Consistently coordinates with radiology staff in regard to patient's arrival, questions, orders, etc.
- Assembles and maintains patient records and charts.
- Performs needed clerical tasks, including copying, filing, and ordering/stocking supplies.
- Multi-task while maintaining professional etiquette.
