Overview:
We are currently seeking Lifeguards to join our team at Ashley Management Corporation. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. Many Positions and Work Locations available*
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Seasonal Employment: May 22 thru September 7, 2026
Availability – Day Shifts: Weekends/Holidays/Monday-Friday

Job Description:
- Ensure Pool Area is tidy.
- Ensure the safety of residents and guests.
- Make sure everyone is complying with the pool rules and regulations.
- Inspect pool as needed.
- Report to management any dangerous situations that occur.
- Great customer service with residents.
- Sign residents into the pool area.
- Maintain daily logs and other paperwork as required by the County and the property.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be CPR, AED, Lifeguard, and First-Aid Certified
- The CPR Certification MUST say Adult, infant, and child
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a flexible schedule that will allow you to work day-shifts: Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays.
