We are currently seeking someone to join our production team. Our shifts range from 8am - 6:30pm with some flexibility. Must be able to work these hours Monday through Friday with the potential of a shorter Saturday shift.
The Kitchen & Catering Associate is responsible for ensuring all guests are presented with excellent products. This position is expected to perform all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to company standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence.

Day to Day Requirements:
- Execute Drop & Go catering orders
- Adhere to recipes & processes to produce our savory Market items in bulk
- Portion & pan our savory Market items
- Take pride in working behind the scenes to prepare quality products for our customers
- Help to protect our brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, family-oriented, and efficient work environment.
Feeding the Moments that Matter with 5 cafe locations throughout the Birmingham area, plus a production kitchen and bakery! Ashley Mac's Kitchen serves sandwiches, salads and desserts in a fast casual environment. Ashley Mac's Market products provides entrees, sides, appetizers and soups for families on the go.
