We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and client-focused legal team.
Practice Areas
We are interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Personal Injury
- Bankruptcy
- Workers' Compensation
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in California
- Member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Prior experience in Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, and/or Workers' Compensation law
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with support staff and colleagues
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Handle case management from inception through resolution
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with firm staff to provide exceptional client service
