Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist with 3-5 years experience to join our dynamic dental practice as the managing Dentist on site. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for all patients. Salary paid on collections. Team collects 90-95% of production monthly.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose dental conditions.
- Provide a range of dental treatments including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
- Conduct dentistry procedures with care and expertise.
- Execute endodontic treatments, including root canal therapy, with precision.
- Extraction and implant placement experience required.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques throughout all procedures.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Utilize Dental Practice Management software for patient management and record keeping..
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures.
- Perform oral surgery procedures as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in oral surgery, endodontics and root canal therapy techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of infection control standards and aseptic techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Spanish speaker a plus!
