Maintenance MRO Coordinator 1st Shift

We are seeking a motivated and organized MRO Store Associate to manage our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) storeroom. In this hands-on role, you will be the go-to person for our internal teams, ensuring they have the parts, tools, and supplies needed to keep our facility in top shape. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for organization and customer service, we want to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal teams, providing excellent customer service while distributing parts, tools, and supplies. 

• Manage the full inventory lifecycle, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records in our system. 

• Handle all shipping and receiving duties, from unloading trucks and inspecting shipments to packaging items and creating shipping labels. 

• Process tool loans, fill parts orders, and manage back-ordered items efficiently. 

• Ensure the MRO Store is safe, clean, and organized at all times. 

Qualifications 

• Experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory role. 

• A customer-first mindset and great communication skills. 

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. 

• The ability to obtain and maintain PIV (forklift, high lift) certifications. 

• Basic computer proficiency in inventory and shipping systems. 

• Physical ability to handle the demands of a warehouse environment (lifting, standing, moving).
