DC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 3 years of experience managing complex, concurrent projects. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, implementing new technologies—particularly within supply chain or operational environments—and effectively managing internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation through completion 

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies 

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, supply chain, and external partners 

• Drive the implementation of new technologies and process improvements within supply chain or operational workflows 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely communication 

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively develop and execute mitigation plans 

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, and report progress on technical updates to business leadership 

• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews 

• Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and best practices 

 Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

• 3 years of project management experience managing complex, simultaneous projects 

• Proven experience implementing new technologies or systems, preferably in supply chain, operations, or enterprise environments 

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams 

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Wrike, or similar) 

 Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or enterprise technology environments 

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies 

• Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (a plus, not required)
