Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping production moving? Join our 2nd or 3rd shift MAINTENANCE team and become an important part of a growing manufacturing company.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- Monthly Gainshare Bonus averaging $1.60/hr
- 4-day workweek – Sunday night through Wednesday night
- 10-hour shifts: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Overtime available Thursday & Friday nights
- Double time on Friday night when working 50 hours
- Weekly pay every Thursday
- Pay increases as you complete training — no time limit

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems from 24VDC to 440V 3-Phase
- Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Operate machine shop equipment including mills, lathes, saws, and grinders
- Perform welding, cutting, and metal fabrication
- Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems
- Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and help minimize equipment downtime
- Work safely and maintain equipment to production standards
- Work independently while also being a strong team player
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Experience with machine shop equipment and metal fabrication
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- PLC experience – Allen-Bradley, RSLogix 500 or RSLogix 5000
- Thermawood or MotionMaster CNC experience
- G-Code experience
- Injection molding experience
- SMC experience
