The Office Receptionist is a PART or FULL time position with flexible hours.
Below are some of the responsibilities:
- handling customer inquiries when they come to the office
- answering incoming telephone calls
- calling our customers regarding their orders and/or deliveries
- working with our sales staff to provide the best shopping experience for our guests
- processing applications for our finance vendors
- handling payments from customers
- closing out cash drawer and reconciling the days business
You must be friendly, outgoing, reliable, and able to multi-task. We need someone that can be available to work weekends and evenings.
Pay and compensation will depend on previous experience and skill set. We will work with you on being flexible.
