The Role: As a Sales Professional, you’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products. Your role includes:
- Creating a fun, engaging environment and transforming store guests into loyal customers.
- Client Relationship Management – Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.
- Customer Focus – Listens, understands, and matches solutions to customer needs.
- Relationship Building – Builds trust and rapport, guides customers to purchase decisions with confidence.
- Goal orientation – Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset – Treats the role like running a business, with ownership of results.
- Team Collaboration – Contributes to a supportive, success-driven team culture.
- Adaptability – Able to adjust to different customers, products and situations.
- Product Knowledge - Shares up-to-date product knowledge (styles, fabrics).

- Pay: Guaranteed hourly wage with uncapped commission opportunities. Estimated annual earnings of $55,000-$70,000, with top performers earning $100,000 annually.
