The Role: As the Assistant Manager, you’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products. Your role includes:
- Creating a fun, engaging environment for guests
- Sharing up-to-date product knowledge (styles, fabrics)
- Acquiring new customers through leads & referrals
- Submitting accurate orders and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Contributing to team success by sharing best practices
Previous experience in sales, retail, furniture, restaurants, or real estate is a plus—but not required!
