About the Role

Our Visual Merchandiser owns the staging of our stores! Visual Merchandisers receive and maintain merchandise and ensure the merchandising standards are met.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the overall appearance and shopability of the store by ensuring the store is continuously recovered, remerchandised, and tagged
• Facilitate new product shipments and deliveries to the store
• Work with team members to prepare the store for receipts and, at times, assembly of merchandise
• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for merchandising teams to effectively perform their daily tasks
• Maintain the shopability of the sales floor to prompt sales
• Monitor inventory count and conduct cycle reports to maintain desired stock levels and discover/resolve any discrepancies

What You’ll Need

• Experience or education in merchandising, inventory, art, design, and/or retail sales
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative and adaptable with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a great eye for details
• Ability to follow direction and process constructive feedback.
• Creative and adaptable with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Able to take initiative, be self-directed and use time management.
• Capable of lifting and moving furniture (min. 30lbs) / climbing ladders
• Able to work holidays and occasional overtime and weekends

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
