Selling Sales Manager

This role is commission and bonus eligible. This role includes base hourly pay uncapped earned commission monthly earned bonuses!!!!!!

Ashley is the #1 Furniture and Mattress company in North America. Red Mountain Retail owns and operates Ashley in North and Central Alabama.

We are seeking an experienced, professional team leader with excellent communication, and organizational skills. Our Selling Sales Managers work closely with the Retail Sales Manager & the Retail Store Manager to fulfill the daily operational needs of the store.

Compensation:

• Average Yearly Total Compensation = $45K - $75K annually
• Hourly pay uncapped, earned commission. Earn as much as you want!
• Monthly bonus (based on performance)
• Quarterly bonus (based on performance)
• Yearly $5K bonus (based on performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Functions as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Leads store training and skill development of commissioned sales people
• Cascade new policy and procedures to relevant team members
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Assists with handling issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Managers are responsible for providing support and fulfilling weekly and monthly tasks in lieu of store vacancies, ensuring smooth operations during staffing transitions.
• Additional store duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to take initiative and be self-directed
• Strong communication and effective leadership skills
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financing
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Other Qualifications:

• Furniture experience preferred, but not required
• Desire to grow in management
• 1 years of Retail Management Experience preferred
