What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales performance by helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions.
• Greet every guest with energy and professionalism—on the floor and over the phone.
• Guide customers through the selection and purchase process with confidence.
• Use internal systems to check inventory, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain follow-ups with customers and complete BOR reports and thank-you cards.
• Help keep the showroom floor organized, tagged, and well-stocked.
• Lead by example and support a high-performance team culture.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other leaders on daily tasks and priorities.

Requirements – Sales Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of successful retail or commission-based sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable using databases, POS systems, and order entry platforms
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
