This role oversees daily store operations, including managing sales associates, monitoring key performance metrics, and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals. The Store Sales Manager leads, coaches, and motivates the team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining Ashley’s service standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
