Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be committed to the following:

• Asking for the Sale: Confident in working high-ticket sales—guiding customers toward purchasing decisions, leveraging financing options, recommending add-ons, and closing deals.
• Fast Learner: Coachable, eager to pick up new product knowledge, and constantly striving to improve.
• Positive Energy: High drive, natural optimism, and a competitive "sports team" mindset.
• Weekend Availability: Weekends are where the money's at! It is critical that you are available during our peak hours on most Saturdays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Sundays (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM). For part time we would ask for an additional 1 full day during the week.
