TITLE: In-Shop Furniture Repair Trainee
Qualifications: 2 Years experience working with wood furniture, leather, fabric & upholstery Color matching & blending. Wood repairs including burn-ins & wood graining. Leather repairs including scuffs, holes and tears. Upholstery repairs including structural/mechanism replacements. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well with others High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements: Making repairs to furniture requires lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping and moving furniture items to accommodate the repairs necessary to satisfy the customer. Ability to lift 50lbs
Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
All candidates must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and back ground check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
