Ashley Homestore is seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, creating great guest experiences, and earning based on performance.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver a fun, engaging shopping experience for every guest.
- Build relationships and generate new business through follow-up, leads, and referrals.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and submit accurate orders.
- Resolve guest concerns and support store presentation and safety.
- Partner with team and leadership to achieve sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-focused with strong communication and listening skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work most every Saturday, Sunday and holiday (closed Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
