What You’ll Lead

• Frontline leadership: Coach a diverse team, model inclusion, and build accountability and teamwork.
• Daily execution: Own floor performance—staffing, flow, problem-solving, and clear priorities.
• Safety stewardship: Make safety non‑negotiable and embed safe behaviors into every task.
• Performance intelligence: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and turn insights into action and reporting.
• Connection and clarity: Keep communication tight between associates and leadership.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred)
• 1 year leading in operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Background in distribution/warehouse environments a strong plus
• Planning, organization, and team development skills

Work Environment

Operate in an active manufacturing and distribution setting with material-handling equipment, variable temperatures, and moderate-to-high noise. Expect extended time on concrete floors (standing/walking) and consistent use of PPE such as safety glasses and steel-toed footwear. The pace is fast, timelines are critical, and schedules may vary to support production and distribution demand.
