Senior HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist performs HR-related duties at a professional level, working in collaboration with the HR team and supporting various human resources functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The position handles a broad range of HR activities, including but not limited to:
- Employee Relations - Managing workplace issues and fostering positive employee engagement
- Recruitment & Onboarding - Supporting talent acquisition and new hire integration
- HR Compliance - Ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies
- Benefits Administration - Assisting with employee benefits programs
- Performance Management - Supporting performance review processes and employee development
- Policy Implementation - Administering and communicating HR policies and procedures
- HR Projects - Participating in strategic HR initiatives and special projects
- 3 years of Human Resources experience, including employee relations, conducting confidential investigations, and be effective in helping leaders in managing performance, attendance and conduct issues on their teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Knowledge in State and Federal employment laws, basic OSHA safety practices and procedures and employee relations principles
- A positive attitude and a hunger for finding opportunities to improves
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
