Primary Job Functions

- Collecting the waste materials from various areas of the warehouse and sorting them into designated containers based on the type of material such as cardboard, plastic, and foam
- Operating a baler to compact and bundle recyclable materials such as cardboard and plastic into dense and manageable blocks
- Operate PIV to move blocks of material Sit down
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.

- Maintain reliable attendance.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
- Follow all OSHA and Company established safety rules and procedures.
Education:
- High School, Diploma or equivalent
- 1 Year of warehouse
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Understanding the Lockout tagout process
- Recycling principle
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Maintain confidentiality
- Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
