This role is responsible for optimizing performance across all departments, managing P&L, driving Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing staffing, retention, morale, building maintenance, and PIT fleet management.

Compensation: Annual Salary = $180,000-$200,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.

- Ensure effective utilization of space, equipment, and resources across distribution centers.
- Drive CQI initiatives and foster a culture of safety and compliance.
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-control measures.
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff while recognizing team successes.
- Proven leadership experience in large-scale distribution or fulfillment operations.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
- Expertise in process improvement, safety compliance, and workforce development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead change and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
