Pay: $23.00-$25.00

The Upholstery Supervisor leads daily production, manages a team of upholsterers, ensures high quality and safety, and optimizes workflow by training staff, controlling materials, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining production records, blending hands-on expertise with strong leadership to meet schedules and standards.

What Do You Need?
- 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
- Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
- Previous experience in supervision, Preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.
