Position: Porter/Delivery Assistant
Position responsibilities include:
- Assist with customer furniture pickups
- Replace bulbs in store fixtures when needed according to lighting plan
- Maintain exterior of front of showroom and outdoor furniture
- Organize and clean back stockroom
- Hang artwork
- Light cleaning of store interior
- Assist with placing merchandise on showroom floor
- Minor furniture repair
- May assist with small deliveries
Skills required include:
- Ability to lift furniture
- Ability to use a ladder
- Furniture repair experience desired
- Driver’s license
- Organizational skills
- Proven initiative
- Customer service skills
- Team player
