Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have organization and customer service skills, be able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- They are responsible for a range of tasks, from resolving issues to processing a sale.
- Accurately answer the phone, take messages, and complete customer transactions.
- Assist in supervision of warehouse staff, tasks and procedures.
- Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing a pleasant experience
- Learning about products to provide accurate information to customers, and promoting sales
Experience ( 1 year)
Experience preferred, but not necessary in these areas. Warehouse management, Customer service, Sales
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
