Server/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with integrity and accuracy
• Upsell menu items and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Manage customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in wine service and fine dining
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong background in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills for retail math accuracy
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in fine dining
